But when have Wolves ever done it the easy way?
This is an ideal time to be playing Sunderland. Ravaged with injuries, no centre forward and in very poor form. They secured safety last week, much like West Brom which could work in our favour. A get-in-your-face attitude, pressing high and flying into tackles could help us on our way to three precious points.
For that kind of performance, Stephen Hunt is vital. His set piece delivery in this game could be the difference in what will quite likely be a scrappy game. He finally looks rid of injury and looks like he is actually fit. His touch has improved a great deal too.
I can't see Mick messing with the team, if there are no injuries.

This team proved you don't have to have loads of pace to win a game convincingly. They might not fancy this type of game, especially with all the injuries surrounding them so I'm going for a 2-1 Wolves win. That would be two on the trot for the first time this season.
If you are going, get behind the lads and have a great time.
Hmmm this is a tough one. Will Sunderland be more bothered about not getting injured, or wil lthey play without a care and perform well?
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure. I can see us losing, it's not like we are gonna win two on the run is it.
Sunderland are on level points with Newcastle, so this is a good opportunity for them to finish above them. So I doubt if they'll take it easy on us. But, they aren't having to play like their Premiership careers depend on it like our players are. 1-1.
ReplyDeleteYou raise a good point, but how many players today think like that?
ReplyDeleteIt will be interesting to see how Sunderland play.
im back guys and gals!
ReplyDeleteif Doyle is fit he has to play, instead of the obvious. micks lovechild.
3-1 sunderland, our lack of height at the back will cost us
