Not a great start to the new season. I watched on the computer with my family and it was very exciting but we just couldn't finish our chances, something West Ham did.
I was surprised with the 4-4-2. I think he was showing a lot of trust in Milijas who I must say looked the business. He has a great left foot and his pass which Sylvan should have scored was fantastic. There were quite a few positives to take out and it was a good game but the defending was awful for the second goal.
We looked like we can play but we have to prove we can take our chances on wednesday against Wigan who I was largely impressed by.
Man City are after and they looked quite good.
Hopefully Berra will be back next match with Doyle although the stand in striker for him, Keogh, was probably our best player. Hopefully Kightly will be back soon.
